The Clovis Performing Arts Center is located at the new Clovis North Educational Center (an intermediate and high school on one site). The facility has been constructed to fulfill the District’s vision of providing world class facilities for music, drama and musical theater for all performance groups within the District. The Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall within the Center has been designed in the classic “shoebox” music hall configuration, boasting a huge interior volume. With a wide range of reverberation times and a variable height over-stage canopy, the hall was designed to accommodate just about any presentation the District’s music departments could envision. Within the same building the versatile Dan Pessano Black Box theater was designed to support dramatic performances.
