Kerman Unified School District broke ground on their Two-Story Academic/Administration Building for Kerman High School on August 29, 2017. Darden Architects is proud to be a partner with the District on this important project.
The Kerman High School Jazz band played music while attendees arrived at the new building site at the existing Kerman High School campus. Kerman High School principal Pam Sellick welcomed all in attendance.
The California Cadet Core presented the flag, proceeded by student body president Jeanine Kaileh leading everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Superintendent Robert Frausto introduced the Board Members and Honored Guests.
Daniel Babshoff, President of the Board of Trustees, and Brian Pacheco, Fresno County Supervisor District 1, also spoke about the importance of this project and the positive impact it will have on the school and community.
Darden Architects and BUSH Construction, among others, were recognized for their contributions to the project.
We took up their shovels alongside District staff and officially broke ground at the site. Darden Architects is excited to see this project get underway.
